Cancellation
- If there is a cancellation made by the customer before the departure date for any reason, the down payment will be forfeited. (non-refundable)
Change
- If you have made a down payment on the date selected, that date cannot be transferred.
- If you have made a down payment on the selected yacht, the boat cannot be changed to another yacht.

- Loss of personal items.
- If the tour equipment is lost by the participant, the cost of replacing the tour equipment is the responsibility of the participant.
